HomeComing Retreat

HomeComing Retreat
9 - 11 October 2026

A 3-Day Immersion in Somatic Dance, Ritual & Remembering
Hosted by Lili Eve and Marissa Lianne

In a world that asks us to constantly do more, achieve more, and hold it all together, many of us become disconnected from the very thing we long for most: ourselves.

HomeComing is an invitation to pause.

To step away from the noise, the expectations, the responsibilities and the endless demands of everyday life, and return to the wisdom that already lives within you.

Over three days and two nights, you'll be guided through a carefully curated journey of somatic dance, ritual, ceremony, nature connection and deep rest. Together we create a space where armour can soften, nervous systems can settle, and authentic expression can emerge.

This is more than a retreat.

It is a homecoming to your body, your truth and to community.

Held in an intimate group of just 12 participants, HomeComing offers a rare opportunity to be deeply witnessed, supported and held as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten beneath the busyness of life.

Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain or simply longing for more, this experience is designed to help you remember what it feels like to move, feel, breathe and live from a place that is authentically yours.

What Awaits You
Over the weekend you'll experience:

✧ Somatic Dance Journeys
✧ Cacao & Tea Ceremonies
✧ Eco-Somatic Practices in Nature
✧ Guided Ritual & Reflection
✧ Opening & Closing Circles
✧ Restorative Sound Experiences
✧ Nourishing Chef-Prepared Meals
✧ Beautiful Accommodation
✧ Deep Connection & Community
✧ Spacious Time for Integration and Rest

Every element of HomeComing has been intentionally woven together to create a transformational experience that supports both profound inner exploration and genuine connection.

Why We Keep It Small
HomeComing is intentionally limited to just 12 participants (and a team of four).

In a world of large workshops and crowded retreats, we believe there is something deeply powerful about gathering in a small circle.
This allows for personalised support, meaningful connection, and a level of intimacy that simply isn't possible in larger groups.

You won't get lost in the crowd.
You'll be known.
Seen.
Witnessed.
And welcomed exactly as you are.

Is This For You?
HomeComing may be for you if:

✧ You're feeling disconnected from yourself and longing to come back into your body
✧ You spend much of your life caring for others and rarely give yourself permission to receive
✧ You're navigating a life transition, change or period of uncertainty
✧ You crave authentic connection and meaningful community
✧ You're ready to soften old patterns and reconnect with what truly matters
✧ You want more than a holiday, you want an experience that stays with you long after you return home

FAQs

Do I need prior experience in somatic dance or movement?
Not at all. HomeComing is open to all levels of experience. You will be guided step-by-step through each practice, and everything is invitational. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

What if I feel shy, nervous, or unsure about dancing?
This is completely welcome. Many people arrive feeling this way. HomeComing is not about performance or choreography — it is about reconnecting with your body at your own pace. You will always be invited to stay within your comfort zone.

Is this retreat physically demanding?
The practices are varied, and you are always invited to listen to your body. There will be moments of movement, stillness, rest, ceremony, and integration. Nothing is compulsory, and you are welcome to take space whenever you need.

What is included in the price?
Your investment includes all accommodation, chef-prepared meals, somatic dance journeys, ceremonial experiences, nature-based practices, and all facilitation across the retreat. A full breakdown is available in the “Your Experience Includes” section.

What should I bring?
You will receive a detailed packing list closer to the retreat, but generally we recommend comfortable movement clothing, warm layers, swimwear if applicable, and anything that helps you feel grounded and at ease.

How do dietary requirements work?
Our private in-house chef prepares abundant, nourishing meals featuring a mix of ethically sourced meat-based and vegetarian dishes. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice, please let us know when booking.

What is the accommodation like?
You will be staying in a beautiful, nature-immersed setting designed to support rest, connection, and integration. Accommodation is shared in thoughtfully arranged rooms to support comfort and community.

How many people will be there?
HomeComing is intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants. This allows for deep connection, personalised facilitation, and a strong sense of safety and community.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are accepted according to the terms outlined at booking. Because places are limited, we recommend securing your spot with intention. Please reach out if you need to discuss your circumstances.

Can I come alone?
Yes! in fact, many participants do. Coming alone often allows for a deeper experience of connection to yourself and others. You will be warmly welcomed into the space from the moment you arrive.

Will there be downtime?
Yes. Spaciousness is an important part of the retreat. There is time built in for rest, reflection, integration, and simply being.

Is this a therapy or healing programme?
HomeComing is a facilitated somatic and experiential retreat, not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. While many people experience deep personal insight and emotional release, it is not a clinical or therapeutic programme.

What makes HomeComing different from other retreats?
HomeComing is intentionally small, deeply experiential, and rooted in somatic practice, ritual, and connection. It blends guided movement, ceremony, nature immersion, and integration in a way that supports both nervous system regulation and authentic expression.

How do I book?
You can secure your place via the button below. It will open an email for you to reach out. Because spaces are limited, we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
