About Jacqui Keiller
Welcome to the world of Catalyst Massage.
I’m Jacqui Keiller, a dedicated massage therapist with a deep commitment to promoting well-being through the healing power of touch. My journey into the world of massage began about 17 years ago with the desire to help others find relief from stress, tension and discomfort. My training has been in my home town of Dunedin in various practical and psychosomatic modalities of massage, combining also with reiki and yoga to produce a very holistic and therapeutic approach. I classify myself as a remedial massage therapist who works intuitively in a bespoke manner with each individual that comes to me for massage. I work both with the soft tissue and the energetic body to help release and ease discomfort. I am passionate about encouraging people to become more connected with their bodies so they can be in charge of their healing process; I am merely the catalyst of their wellbeing. Outside of the massage room I am a strong advocate of self care and a healthy lifestyle. |
During my journey I have gained certifications in:
Deep Tissue Massage
Trigger Point
Pressure Point
Myofascial Release (MFR) Foundational and Advanced
Relaxation Massage
Psychosomatic Therapy (We are what we think, not what we think we are)
Reiki (Level 1,2,3 With Helen Bolger Reiki Master)
Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Danielle Mercer (20 Hours)
I bring all of these modalities to the table to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can unwind, heal and renew. My mantra is ‘creating space for the body and space for the mind’.
