This mindfully curated offering unfolds over four weeks, peeling away the layers to reveal your authentic nature—a journey back to Self. If you crave more aliveness, authentic expression, and connection in your life, HomeComing is for you.

Each week, HomeComing delves into a unique embodiment theme, exploring chakras, elements, and belief systems through movement.

2nd July ~ WEEK 1: Arrival - Root // Muladhara

Grounding with EARTH, embodying the wisdom of our BONES and connecting with each other

9th July ~ WEEK 2: Flow - Sacral // Svadisthana

Flowing with WATER, exploring the boundaries of our SKIN and awakening emotions, creativity, and sensuality

16th July ~ WEEK 3: Peak - Solar Plexus // Manipura

Igniting with FIRE, purifying the LIVER we dance with polarities, and awaken the passion within

23rd July ~ WEEK 4: Expansion - Heart // Anahata

Expanding with AIR, embodying our HRIDAYA (spiritual heart) we welcome liberation, love and joy
