Led by experienced facilitators Lili Wyant and Phoebe McMillan a healing and transformative journey awaits. Together they weave vast skills and knowledge to create a weekend that is one of a kind. Lili brings her knowledge of Kundalini yoga, chanting, meditation, and Ecstatic dance to the retreat. Phoebe offers Hatha yoga, pranayama, yin and yoga nidra. She is also a counsellor dedicated to holding safe and trauma-informed space. Food will be nourishing, prepared by the talented Hagar Ozri the Organic Cook.
